    Use a subscription, not a one-time file import, to receive later updates. Your calendar app controls how quickly changes appear.

    Google Calendar
    1. Use a computer web browser and open the Google Calendar link above.
    2. Confirm adding the calendar; it appears under “Other calendars”.
    3. Use the same Google account in the phone app to see it there.

    Apple Calendar
    1. Open the Apple Calendar link and confirm the subscription.
    2. Alternatively, in Calendar choose Calendars → Add Calendar → Add Subscription Calendar and paste the link.
    3. Review the calendar name and account before saving.

    Outlook
    1. Open the Outlook link, or open Outlook Calendar → Add calendar → Subscribe from web.
    2. Paste the subscription URL and choose a name.
    3. Confirm Import/Save. Choose web subscription rather than uploading an .ics file.

    Updates, reminders & changing courses

    The Hub’s source refresh is scheduled every six hours. A failed refresh can leave an older file available; your app also has its own refresh schedule.

    Exam end times may be estimates when UniBo does not publish a duration. Downloading or subscribing does not register you for an exam.

    After changing your saved study plan, subscribe to the new link and remove the previous calendar to avoid duplicates. Approximate month-only dates are not added as invented appointments.
